How to Order & Pick Up

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
WE'RE VERY UNDER-STAFFED & CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS:

1.) Email us your "Wish List" to: twodognursery@gmail.com. You can simply type it up, or you can "copy & paste" from the individual "Order" buttons.

a.) ***NEW: MINIMUM ORDER $20***

b.) PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER, so we can reach you if we need to.

c.) NOTE: We cannot "add on" items to your Order once it's placed, so please consider all your gardening needs BEFORE you hit "Send".

New items will have to be placed as a separate order, which will be filled in its turn.

d.) NOTE: The "Availability" status on each item is updated frequently; PLEASE ONLY ORDER ITEMS THAT SAY "AVAILABLE NOW". We can't possibly manage "pre-orders" at this time.

2.) We'll pull your Order, and then email you the following:

a.) an Itemized Invoice, and

b.) a "PayPal Request for Money": Follow the prompts and pay using your Credit Card. Not to worry, it's easy!

3.) Once payment is received, WE'LL CONTACT YOU to arrange a pick up day & window of time. Please be patient; this can take 1-2 business days. It's not necessary to contact us before this time. We're processing dozens of orders per day, and will fill yours ASAP!

4.) When you arrive for your pick up, please TEXT 323-422-3835 and tell us your FIRST & LAST NAME name (we alphabetize the paperwork)! No need to text to say you're "on your way".

5.) Stay in your car (please wear a mask or face covering), and we'll bring your order out to the curb. You'll have to load yourself, so if you've ordered lots of soil, consider bringing a friend!!

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES (Please Read):

  • We're updating all website pages at least 5 nights a week. Though not an actual "Live Inventory", it's pretty close to accurate! NOTE: Please refresh the website pages when you go to our site for the most updated info. By ordering ONLY those items listed as "Available Now" you'll receive 95-100% of your order, every time!
  • With the tremendous surge in orders (and the multi-step process it takes to get orders to the curb), we honestly don't have time to answer lots of gardening questions as before. Our website, www.twodognursery.com, has tons of info! Please look through it. AND, we just added "TIPS" to all categories on the "Spring/Summer" page, as well as several on our "Products We Love" page; these should answer some of your FAQs.
  • Rather than asking to "add on" to your existing order, please just submit a second order. We have many customers who are now ordering once a week as things they want become Available. The paperwork is already very complicated (hence the 1-2 day turn-around time), so please be sure you're ready to hit SEND before you do!
